Conscious Comfort Cuisine’s mission is to bring traditional, artisanal, organic foods to the marketplace.
We join forces with the cook or chef to create a marketable product from the original recipe by providing the services of obtaining permits, organic designations, marketing facilitation, logo design and naming, finding manufacturing partenrs or facilities, web design, packaging and labeling–whatever it takes to get the product from the kitchen to the shelf or restaurant.
We seek the heathiest foods possible, using a minimum of ingredients, without artificial emusifiers, stabilizers, or preservatives. This means breads made from starters, cured meats and sausages without nitrates or nitrites (except as may be required by law), and pickles and krauts that are traditionally fermented using salt rather than pasturized vinegars.
